Nice facility and walking distance to major sites such as friendship arch, independence square, st. Michaels, sophia's ,etc.

It's quite difficult to find; down an alleyway and around a corner; make sure you have the phone number and a cab driver who's willing to call for specific directions. It would be good to have detailed instructions of ho how to get there on foot from independence square. I tried to reserve a transfer from the airport, and started the process but there was no folow through which left me in a bit of a bind whe arriving at the airport close to midnight.

the location of the hotel is really excellent. all of the main points of interests are very close. a little bit hard to find, but possible;-) metro also is near. the service is friendly and the rooms are really good. we had a nice time in kiev and because of this hotel we had no stress

It was very well situated and the kitchen as well as the bathroom were well equipped. The hotel staff speaks good English.

Clean, common kitchen with necessary kitchenware, washing machine. The location is really great! Wi-Fi, free parking.

The staff could be more friendly, but all the people in Kiev's shops, restaurants and otrher places could be more friendly. The doors of the common bathrooms did not close well, this could be fixed in half an hour but nobody did that. The diswasher did not work but there was no sign of it and later we had to wash all the dishes at one time (even not ours).

Noise, you can here almost everything what is happening in other rooms and in the corridor it's better not to be first to take the shower as you need to wait about 10 minutes for water to become hot

The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Our location was wonderful, the staff was very helpful and spoke good English. I would stay there again and would highly recomend the guest house to friends.

As always sharing a bathroom can be frustrating if you are waiting on somebody else to finish up.

Excellent location, nice and clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Bathroom and toilet are shared but always was very clean and wasn't too busy.

Acoustics/soundproofing - you can hear every little noise from the corridor in your room at night.
